Quaran has some bad fever dreams and starts to hallucinate, and things will never be the same.

It’s June 15, 2020 and outdoor dining has been permitted in San Francisco. It’s also Quaran’s birthday, and while sheltering-in-place, he receives a very unusual birthday present that will change him forever.
